Games That Keep Us Going!

Physical activity and movement are an important part of the Ramah experience, as it provides campers with daily opportunities to energize their bodies and learn sportsmanship with their peers. Whether on the court or in the dance studio, these active programs are designed to promote coordination, teamwork, and excitement throughout the camp day.

Gaga is a high-energy favorite that gets everyone moving. It is a fantastic way for campers to build dexterity and quick reflexes as they dodge, run, and jump to stay in the game. It’s the perfect mix of friendly competition, quick thinking, and nonstop fun.

Indoor hockey brings fast-paced excitement to our activity schedule, requiring focus and sharp coordination. As campers navigate the court, they sharpen their dexterity and speed, making split-second decisions while moving. Every game challenges campers to think quickly, communicate, and work together.

Rikud is a highlight of our programming, where campers learn choreographed movements set to a wide variety of Hebrew songs. It is an exciting way for everyone to express themselves, get their bodies moving, and connect with Jewish culture through dance. Whether learning new steps or performing old favorites, the energy in the room is always infectious, making it a truly fun experience for all our campers.

Together, these activities help build community and joy, allowing campers to celebrate their shared growth and achievements. By participating in these different forms of movement, our campers build valuable skills, friendship, and a collective enthusiasm that defines our camp culture.
