Z’man Edah: Aravot + Shorashim

Four young children stand together in a gym, smiling and interacting. One boy in a soccer shirt raises his hands, while another boy in a dinosaur shirt and two girls look on happily. Other kids and gym equipment are in the background.

Every week at camp, we make sure to dedicate time to bond within our eidot, our age groups. We take the time to get to know each other, build relationships, and grow together as an edah (age group).

This week, Aravot and Shorashim, our youngest campers, spent time doing all kinds of fun activities to get to know each other, to get energized, and to learn new things! We spent time on the migrash (field) playing group games. We learned some Rikud (Israeli folk dances), and played freeze dance. In the gym, we played so many different types of tag: High five tag, octopus tag, toilet flush tag, and more! We also spent some quiet drawing and enjoying music in the shade.
