Making Camp Affordable:
We are committed to ensuring that every child can access the Camp Ramah experience regardless of financial need. Scroll down to see details.
- Over a third of our campers receive financial aid.
- Discounts and promotions are available.
- Flexible payment terms are available.
Our weekly cost includes a hot daily lunch and busing. Our total cost is lower than most other similar camps in our area. Contact us to learn more!
As a nonprofit organization, we keep the cost of camp as low as possible so more families can attend. We do not make a profit on your child’s tuition, and we allocate all funds towards enhancing their camp experience!

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available, and we do all that we can to make it possible for everyone to experience a summer at Ramah. Applications for financial aid are available after you have submitted your camper application. Please reach out to Ken Milgram for an application. Scholarships applications are received and evaluated on a rolling basis. The deadline for applying for aid is February 17, 2025. You will hear back from the scholarship committee as they are submitted. If you have questions about the financial aid process, please contact Rabbi Rachel Silverman, Director.
Registration Deposit, Fees & Payment Plans
A deposit of $500 per child is due at the time of registration. When you register for camp, you will be asked to set up a payment plan or to pay in full. Regardless of when you register, by March 15, camp families are required to pay 50% of their tuition fees or arrange a payment plan with our Finance Office. Full payment is due by May 15 (for families not on a payment plan).
Cancellation Policy
We know that plans change. We also need to plan in order to serve all of our campers. Unfortunately that means we have to have a cancellation policy. We must have notification in writing if you need to withdraw your child before the start of camp. Below is our schedule of tuition refunds and fees:
Cancellation Date | Cancellation Fee |
---|---|
Until January 31 | Full refund (no penalty) |
February 1 - March 15 | 15% of tuition |
March 16 - May 15 | 50% of tuition |
After May 15 | No refund available |
